1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a SmartDivert account you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our handling of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and verify your email address before your account is activated.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use SmartDivert only for lawful call-routing purposes and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its users.
4. Organisations
If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms. Organisation administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the configuration of their account.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
